![]() Device for cleaning metabolic gases
专利摘要:
The invention concerns a device for venting stomas and other discharge openings for metabolic products from the human body, the venting device being adapted to be placed in close direct or indirect relationship to the human body and stoma or other body opening, the venting device having a dimension perpendicular to the human body less than at least one dimension parallel to the body, the venting device containing an odor-removing filter material between gas- and liquid-tight walls with delimited passage for gaseous substances, the odor-removing filter material being passed by gases by a path longer than the dimension of the filter perpendicular to the body.
G3 The invention can be used as a device for filtering and filtering waste, which must go through the postoperative period through the opening in the patient's body. A device for purifying metabolic gases is known, which contains a friable porous filter placed between the impermeable walls and having openings for the entry and exit of gases that are connected by channels l. However, in a known device, the passage of waste through openings located on opposite sides of the disk is difficult due to the significant pressure drop across the connecting channels. In addition, the geometry of the activated filter material is selected so that the filter material is not fully utilized, which leads to a reduced gas cleaning efficiency. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of gas cleaning by fully utilizing the filter surface. The goal is achieved by the fact that the filter is made in the form of a ring, the gas inlet and outlet holes are placed on the concentric ring surfaces, and the length of the channel between the holes is at least five times the thickness of the filter, and the walls are circular; and glued on both sides of the filter, while the diameter of the walls is equal to the diameter of the filter. The filter used is an elastic open-cell porous membrane, impregnated dispersion of activated charcoal and a binder, mainly latex. In addition, the device is predominantly equipped with magnetic elements for fastening plugs or containers for collecting metabolic secretions. FIG. 1 shows a collection bag attached to the patient’s body, provided with the proposed device, section; in fig. 2 is the same, variant j in FIG. 3 - plug, provided with a pre-; 1 paged device, inserted into the drainage hole in the patient's body, section. A device for the purification of metabolic gases (Fig. 1) is located g o i Q five 0 five O five between the patient's skin 1 and the waste bag 2. The device is a gas-tight disc-shaped wall 3 made of adhesive material. Wall 3 is provided with a central opening, which is located around the drainage opening 4. One side of the wall 3 is attached to the patient's skin 1, and the other side is attached to the Ilterru 5, made in the form of a face. Filter 5 has a radial width at least five times its thickness. As a Mo.eT filter 5, an open-cell elastic porous membrane impregnated with a dispersion of activated charcoal and a binder, mainly latex, is used. On the other side of the filter is fixed another wall 6, made in 1 | Orme circle. Walls 3 and 6 are made mainly of adhesive materials. Wall 3 serves to connect the filter s to the skin 1. (the fi shank serves to connect the filter 5 and the bag 2 for collecting waste .- The bag 2 can be fastened to the filter 5, and the filter 5 can be located on the outer surface of the bag 2 (Fig. 2) and fastened to the filter for example, flange 7. 71l fastening the plugs 8 or capacitances for collecting metabolic secretions, the device is equipped with a ring with permanently magnetic magnetic elements 9, surgically stitched into the patient's body (Fig. 3). The device works as follows. MeTa6ojni4ecKne gases enter the ring of filter 5 through the holes placed on the inner surface of the ring of filter 5, then through the channels, at least five times the thickness of the filter, go out through the holes placed on the outer peripheral surface of the filter ring 5, concentric to the inner the surface of the ring filter 5. Walls 3 and 6 are glued on both sides of filter 5. Wall 3 has a central opening. Since the walls of filters 3 and 6 are made of adhesive to gas-impermeable materials, there is a gas-free contact between the shields and the filter. Thus, gases can escape through the channels of the filter 5, and since the latter contains a material that removes a foul odor and the dimensions of the radial channels for the passage of gases through the filter are sufficient to effectively clean the gases, only practically harmless gases leave the device. 2 Editor I.
